    What is Pay for Performance?

    Cost Per Action (CPA), a performance-based pricing model, where advertisers only pay when a specified action has been completed (e.g. a purchase, form submission, hotel booking, printed coupon, app download)

    What are the fees involved with using Duomai Network?

    A fee schedule tailored to your needs, budget and service level will be presented during discussion with our sales team. Duomai Network is primarily remunerated on a commission basis.

    Do you cater for my business size?

    For the most part, a click or transaction will show up in your account instantaneously. Occasionally, however, clicks and transactions are queued while we perform routine site maintenance, in the event of which we will keep you informed.

    Who determines the commission rate I pay Duomai Network?

    You set the commission rates when you sign the contract with us.

    Can I set different commission rates for different categories, brands, affiliates etc?

    Yes, different commission rates can be set based on a range of criteria, including product category, product brand, affiliate performance, and more.

    What happens if a product is returned or cancelled, do I still pay commission?

    No, commissions are held for 30 days before payment, this is known as a “validation” period. You will be able to reconcile and void out any commissions not payable.

    Are you able to give me some examples of affiliate publishers?

    Yes, our sales team will be able to provide examples specific to your vertical and types of affiliate publishers you want to engage.

    How do I protect my brand?

    Our dedicated compliance team ensures the network is kept free from unethical activity and untrustworthy traffic sources. All new publisher applications are subject to unrivalled screening through a series of proprietary and third party tools as well as vigorous manual checks.

    As a website owner, are there any fees for joining?

    No, as a website owner we don't charge any fees to promote advertisers. Our revenue is paid by the advertiser based on your activity.

    After signing up, how will I know what to do?

    Getting started is easy, once you login for the first time you will see instructions on your dashboard on how to get started and what to do next, or you can contact our media team for help.

    I don't have a website, can I still earn commissions?

    Yes, there are so many ways that you can promote merchants. For example some publishers use their social media accounts, email signatures, Tumblr accounts and more instead of a website.

    Can I view stats, messages etc in my account?

    Yes, you will have access to a dashboard that gives you full transparency and reporting. You can also update your settings, access new promotional material, view commission payments, apply to new advertisers and more.

    What commissions do advertisers pay on the network?

    Primarily Duomai Network is a retail focused network, therefore most are paying a % commission per sale (CPS). The average commission is between 1% and 15% of the sale value.

    How are commissions paid?

    Validated commissions are paid monthly by Bank Deposit, or International Bank Deposit. More payment methods are being added soon.

    How will I know what commissions are due?

    In your reporting dashboard you will see a full breakdown of commissions tracked and if they have been paid.

    What types of advertisers do you have?

    We have advertisers in just about every retail vertical, it is highly likely we will have someone for you to promote. We launch between 2 - 10 new advertisers every week.
